Intro
Your SCP: Secret Laboratory server is running, but nobody can find it in the list? Here's the fix.
Verification
To appear in the browser, your server has to verify with the official central server. If verification fails, the server still runs, but it stays hidden.
Port 7777
The most common cause is a closed port. The game uses a single UDP port, 7777 by default. The central server tests it from outside, so open and forward it.
Startup console
Then read the startup console. It tells you whether verification succeeded, and why it failed.
Other causes
Other causes: an outdated server build after a new release, a second server already using the same port, or a crash right after boot, before verification even starts.
Direct connect
While you sort out the listing, players can still join directly, with your server IP and port 7777.
