FiveM & GTA Server Hosting Policy

1. We are an independent hosting provider

ESAGAMES HOSTING SHIELD SRL ("ESAGAMES") is an independent provider of server infrastructure. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., or Cfx.re in any way.

"Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "GTA V", "San Andreas" and "Rockstar Games" are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and/or Rockstar Games. "FiveM", "RedM" and "Cfx.re" are projects operated by Cfx.re. "open.mp" and "SA-MP" are independent community projects. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

These names are used on our website descriptively only — to tell customers which software our servers are compatible with. They do not imply any partnership, licence or endorsement.

2. What we actually sell

We rent server infrastructure: computing resources (CPU, RAM, NVMe storage), network connectivity, Anti-DDoS filtering and a control panel to manage your own server.

We do not sell, distribute, bundle or provide:

• the Grand Theft Auto game, in any form or version;
• the FiveM, RedM, open.mp or SA-MP client or server software;
• Cfx.re licence keys (these are personal and cannot be issued or resold by a host);
• any scripts, resources, maps, vehicles, models or other in-game content.

Your server is delivered empty. You install, configure and operate it yourself, using software and content you are legally entitled to use.

3. Your responsibilities as a customer

By ordering a FiveM, open.mp/SA-MP or other GTA-related server from ESAGAMES, you confirm that you will:

• Own a legitimate, licensed copy of the base game — Grand Theft Auto V for FiveM, or Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for open.mp/SA-MP. The same applies to every player who connects to your server.
• Register and use your own Cfx.re licence key from the official Cfx.re portal, tied to your own Cfx.re account. We cannot and will not issue, share or resell licence keys.
• Comply with the Cfx.re Terms of Service and Platform License Agreement, and with all applicable Rockstar Games / Take-Two policies, including their rules on server monetisation.
• Use only content you are legally entitled to use — content you created, purchased from a legitimate source, or that is freely and lawfully distributed.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection law, in your country and ours.

You remain solely responsible for everything that runs on your server and for the conduct of your community.

5. Enforcement

We take intellectual property seriously and we act in good faith toward rights holders.

• We investigate every credible report of infringement or abuse.
• We respond to valid legal notices, DMCA/IP complaints and lawful requests from rights holders and authorities.
• Confirmed violations lead to immediate suspension or termination of the service, without refund, and may be reported where legally required.
• We will cooperate with Rockstar Games, Take-Two and Cfx.re on any legitimate request concerning content hosted on our infrastructure.

6. Reporting abuse or an IP concern

If you are a rights holder — or anyone else — and believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your rights or breaches this policy, please contact us and we will review it promptly.

Please include the server IP or service, a description of the content concerned, and the basis of your claim, so we can act quickly.

7. Changes to this policy

Third-party platform rules — in particular the Cfx.re Terms of Service and Platform License Agreement — can change. We may update this policy to stay aligned with them and with applicable law. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace them.
