Unturned Server Commands — Full Admin List
Unturned server commands run from the server console, or from in-game chat with a / or @ prefix once you are an admin. The detail most lists get wrong is the separator: parameters are split by a forward slash, not a space — /give PlayerName/ItemID/Amount. The syntax below follows the Unturned wiki and Smartly Dressed Games' server documentation.
Add Owner <SteamID64> as a line in the server's Commands.dat to make yourself the owner, or run admin <SteamID or player> in the server console to add an admin. Admins type commands in chat with a / or @ prefix; the console needs no prefix. Spawning commands such as give and vehicle also need Cheats enabled.
Commands.dat: the startup settings
Some commands are settings: they go in Commands.dat, one per line, and take effect when the server boots. The rest only work while the server is running. The ones that matter for admin:

/god, /vanish, /heal, /tp, /i and /v are core RocketMod commands. They do nothing on a plain server, and they take spaces rather than slashes (/i <item> <amount>). If you run RocketMod you get those on top of the vanilla commands above.

How do I run commands on an Unturned server?
Type them into the server console without a prefix, or — as an admin — into the in-game chat starting with / or @. Separate parameters with a forward slash, for example /give PlayerName/ItemID/Amount.
Why does my Unturned give command not work?
Usually one of three things: the parameters are separated by spaces instead of slashes (it is /give player/item/amount), Cheats is not enabled in Commands.dat, or you are not an admin. Give, vehicle, experience, reputation and animal are all cheat commands.
How do I make myself admin on an Unturned server?
Add the line Owner <YourSteamID64> to the server's Commands.dat to become the owner, or run admin <SteamID or player> in the server console to add an admin. unadmin removes one.
How do I spawn a vehicle in Unturned?
With Cheats enabled, run /vehicle PlayerName/VehicleID — the vehicle appears in front of that player. Vehicle GUIDs work in place of the numeric ID.
Do /god, /vanish and /heal work on a vanilla Unturned server?
No. Those are RocketMod commands. Vanilla Unturned has kill, slay, teleport and the cheat commands, but no god, vanish or heal — install RocketMod if you want them.
How do I ban a player in Unturned?
Run ban <player>/<reason>/<duration>. bans lists current bans in the console and unban <SteamID> lifts one. slay <player>/<reason> kills the player and bans them permanently.
How do I make an Unturned server whitelist-only?
Add Whitelisted to Commands.dat, then add each allowed player with permit <SteamID>/<tag>; unpermit <SteamID> removes them. Only permitted players can join a whitelisted server.
How do I change the time or weather in Unturned?
day and night jump to those times, time <seconds> sets an exact point in the cycle, and weather <none|disable|storm|blizzard> changes the weather. airdrop forces a supply drop immediately.
How do I shut down an Unturned server safely?
shutdown <delay>/<explanation> saves the server state, disconnects players and closes the server; save on its own saves without stopping.
