Valheim Console Commands & Cheats — Full List (2026)
Valheim console commands cover both single-player cheats (god, fly, spawn) and dedicated-server admin (kick, ban, save). Here's how to enable the console and the full list that matters, with syntax. Cheats need devcommands and only work where you're allowed to use them.
Launch Valheim with -console as a Steam launch option, then press F5 in-game to open the console. Type devcommands to enable cheat commands. Cheats work in single-player and on servers where you have permission; the admin commands below work for server admins listed in adminlist.txt.

Dedicated server admin

Server admin commands (kick/ban/save) only work for players whose SteamID64 is in adminlist.txt in the save directory — one per line, then restart. Cheat commands additionally need devcommands enabled and permission on the server.
