RedM Server Hosting for Red Dead roleplay
Run a RedM server in Frankfurt for your Red Dead Redemption 2 roleplay community — txAdmin out of the box, OneSync, NVMe SSD and multi-Tbps Anti-DDoS, with the EU routing an RP server lives or dies on.
Plans from €16.00EUR per month
A RedM server is where a Red Dead roleplay community actually lives: persistent characters, jobs, economy and a world that is still there between sessions. It runs on Cfx.re's FXServer, managed through txAdmin, with your gameplay built out of resources.
Every plan runs in Frankfurt behind our multi-Tbps Anti-DDoS network on Xeon Gold CPUs with NVMe SSD storage — the location that gives most European RP communities their best latency, with 24/7 in-house support.
Everything your RedM server needs
RedM is the Cfx.re framework for Red Dead Redemption 2 — the same infrastructure as FiveM, with txAdmin, resources and OneSync. If you have run a FiveM server, nothing here will surprise you.
txAdmin built in
Live console, resource toggles, bans, scheduled restarts and a first-run setup wizard — txAdmin ships inside the server artifacts.
OneSync
OneSync raises the player ceiling past the old limits and is what a serious RP server needs for a shared, consistent world.
Any framework
RSG Core, VORP or your own build — drop your resources into the folder and start them from server.cfg.
Anti-DDoS included
RP servers get attacked by their own players. Every server sits behind our multi-Tbps Frankfurt filtering.
NVMe storage
Fast NVMe for a resource stack and a database that both grow as your server does.
Automatic backups
Scheduled backups so a bad resource update never costs your community its characters.
Built for RedM players, not just servers
Hardware, network and protection tuned for game hosting — hosted in one of Europe's best-connected data centres.
Multi-Tbps Anti-DDoS
Every server is filtered through our own 13 Tbps+ Frankfurt network and custom XDP layer — attacks are absorbed before they reach you. Learn more →
Instant setup
Your RedM server is deployed automatically right after checkout — online in minutes, not hours.
Low EU latency
Frankfurt is the heart of European networking. Players across the EU get a stable, low ping for smooth gameplay.
Easy control panel
Start, stop, restart, edit configs, install mods/plugins and manage files from a clean web panel — no Linux knowledge needed.
High-clock CPUs + NVMe
Game servers love fast single-core performance. Our nodes run high-clock CPUs with NVMe SSDs for quick world loads.
24/7 in-house support
Real people who host games for a living — not a generic call centre. We help you get set up and stay online.
How to make a RedM server
From zero to online in four steps — no technical experience required.
Pick a plan
Size for slot count and how heavy your resource stack is. A full RP framework uses far more than a bare server.
Add your Cfx.re key
Generate a server key in the Cfx.re Keymaster and drop it into server.cfg — the same flow as FiveM.
Install your resources
Upload your framework and resources, then start them from server.cfg. txAdmin's recipe wizard can scaffold a base setup for you.
Instant deploy
Your server and panel access are ready within minutes of checkout. Share the connect address and open the town.

RedM hosting questions, answered
What is RedM?
RedM is the Cfx.re modification framework for Red Dead Redemption 2 — the Red Dead equivalent of FiveM. It shares the same infrastructure: the Cfx.re Keymaster for licence keys, txAdmin for management and the same artifact-based server system.
What port does a RedM server use?
30120, on both TCP and UDP, set with endpoint_add_tcp and endpoint_add_udp in server.cfg. txAdmin's web panel runs on TCP 40120. On our managed hosting these are configured for you.
How many players can join?
48 by default with OneSync. Going above 48 needs your own Cfx.re Element Club subscription, which raises the sv_maxclients ceiling on your licence key — that part is between you and Cfx.re, not your host.
Do I need to own Red Dead Redemption 2?
You do, and so does every player joining — RedM requires a legitimate copy of the game.
Can I run RSG Core or VORP?
Yes. Upload the framework and its resources through the file manager and start them from server.cfg. Both are standard RedM frameworks and run fine on these plans.
How much RAM does a RedM server need?
Around 8 GB is the sensible baseline for an established server. A new server with few resources runs comfortably on less; a heavy RP stack with a busy economy wants more.
